LEVEL 2 LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Focus on Facilitation Skills and Program Design
The Level 2 Leadership Training builds on the knowledge and experiences from the Level 1 Training and is for anyone already working with, or interested in creating Rites of Passage – including teachers, youth workers, parents, outdoor educators, counsellors, therapists, community organisers, scholars, elders and anyone passionate about making the world a better place.
The program will be scenario based wherever possible to give you opportunities to actually practice facilitating in a live environment. It runs over four days and is designed to empower, upskill and support you as a facilitator. We will help you discover your own leadership style and equip you with the skills and tools to become a transformational facilitator who can run meaningful and healthy Rites of Passage.
