A practical, values-led course for
leaders navigating change

A Rite of Passage is a structured, intentional process that helps people move through significant life transitions – like adolescence, parenthood, career shifts or elderhood – with greater confidence, meaning and support.

For thousands of years, cultures across the world have used Rites of Passage to nurture emotional growth, belonging and leadership. In modern life, we’ve lost many of those practices leaving people to navigate change alone, without the tools or support they need.

FAQs

How is the online training different from the in-person training?

The online training allows you to learn the same powerful framework at your own pace, from anywhere in the world. While it’s not the same immersive group experience, it gives you all the tools to begin applying this work in your community and with participants online.

Who is the online training for?

It’s for parents, teachers, coaches, youth workers, and leaders who want to access the Rites of Passage framework in a flexible, accessible way. For anyone who isn’t able to attend the in-person training.

How long does it take to complete?

Most people complete the course in 3-4 weeks, but you can move through it at your own pace. You’ll have ongoing access to the material. If you decide to purchase the live masterclass option, they will run fortnightly over 8 weeks.

What’s included?

The course includes video modules, workbooks, reflection practices, case studies, and practical tools you can put into action.
