The training is held over three days and is designed for anyone who wants to learn about Rites of Passage and begin their journey to develop and facilitate truly transformational programs. We believe that a Rite of Passage is a necessary part of a person's development and our aim is to create masterful transformational facilitators that will help guide people and groups towards their best. The weekend is catered by our incredible cooks, so you can be present to enjoy three days of fun guided by our team of experienced facilitators. We appreciate if you do a RAT test within 24hrs before attending, and please don't attend if feeling unwell. |

This is a very comprehensive overview of the rites of passage framework. You will learn how to understand and apply the different elements of the framework through both theory and practice. You will go away with tools to be able to put together a ROP program. Arne is a very knowledgeable and experienced man who is passionate about his work and empowering others to share that passion.
