Facilitation in Action “Welcome to your training space”

Facilitation in Action

Our Facilitation in Action experiences are for graduates of our Leadership Trainings who wish to further their their facilitation practices and understanding of Rites Of Passage work and processes. We offer opportunities for trainees to attend our Making of Men, Young Warrior and Father-Daughter Camps throughout the year. These trainings involve being a part of the facilitation team on these camps to observe the senior facilitators and the way they work in order to support your own development as a facilitator. During your time as a trainee facilitator on our camps you will also be asked to assist and get involved in many facets of the camp organisation including logistics and the various activities we run. A dedicated ‘training officer’ will be assigned to the group of trainee facilitators to inform you of the processes we do and why we do them. They will also support you to understand as much as possible about the program and the methodology behind what we do.

Outcomes:
This unique training opportunity will give you:

✓ Invaluable experience observing and assisting on a camp

Exposure to experienced facilitators helping you develop your knowledge and practice
